Communication:

To customize, send your final, complete and proofread wording with order, or in a separate email as text that can be directly copied/pasted. Scroll is priced for a simple layout only, similar to sample pictured, which does not necessitate sending a separate file to show complex formatting requested. Attachments will not be opened, links will not be followed. Adding pictures, logos, emojis, altering design or colors or creating a layout more complex then what is pictured is not included in the price.

A digital layout will be sent to you through email. Please reply within 24 hrs with your approval or changes. Listing includes one round of edits to initial layout, and will take 1 extra business day. For any changes to wording, please resubmit complete, final edited wording- we do not make any corrections to your wording, we merely redo the layout. If no approval/changes are received within 24 hrs, we will proceed with production based on layout already sent. 

We do not proofread, edit, change all caps to lower case, remove/add spacing or delete instructions within wording. We only format the text to fit the design, using the font style and/or color you specify. Please send ALL customization instructions when the order is placed, separate from wording to be customized. 

Once layout is provided, cancellations or refunds are not offered.

Production Process:

5 business days production schedule for a set of 10 invitations, 7 b. days for up to 30, longer for more. Expected delivery date reflects shipping speed purchased. Rush production or overnight shipping are not available. Listing includes one round of edits to initial layout, and will take 1 b. day to provide. If no approval/changes are received within 24 hrs, we will proceed with production based on layout sent.
