Shipping and refunds

Refunds and returns: We want you to be happy with the items you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.


Our customizable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders must be canceled before layout for custom order is received for full refund. Once layout is sent a design fee will be deducted from your refund for all custom orders. Non-refundable design fee depends on size of order.

Printing process starts shortly after you approve the layout - no changes are possible once layout is approved, or 24 hours after layout is sent if no approval was issued.

Your order will be printed as it is shown on the final layout approved or sent. Not responsible for wording, color or font choices not communicated to us. Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors in wording provided by customer and approved in final layout. Please check and double check the wording carefully, and make sure you included all information, the what-when-where-why of your event. We do not provide proofing, typing or editing for any wording, we only format your wording to fit in the layout.

We will rush reprint an item free of charge if mistake is ours.

Shipping:

  • shipping is to address provided at checkout ONLY.
  • all orders valued at $225 or more will ship with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION only
  • please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order
  • tracking info will be sent when item is marked shipped
  • shipping is according to turnaround time posted in the description
