Scroll will be tied with a satin ribbon. Gift box measures 8x2x1" and comes with a band and ribbon. Overall width of scroll is about 7.75". White paper measures 5" wide by up to 12" long and will accommodate about 1,200 - 1,500 characters depending on spacing and font style, or about half a page of a letter size document.

This listing is for strictly private messages, with buyer having legal copyright ownership over entire wording submitted. We do not offer to print anything that is or might be copyright protected in full or in part, or in public domain, such as all wording authored by others including lyrics, poems, tv show scripts, Bible quotes, induction ceremonies, etc.

Communication:

You will be contacted through the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. Please make sure to check it, also check your Spam/Trash folder. Please make sure you can send/receive e-mail from us.

Customization:

To customize, send your final, complete and proofread wording with order, or in a separate email as text that can be directly copied/pasted. Scroll is priced for a simple layout only, similar to sample pictured, which does not necessitate sending a complex formatted document. Adding emojis, images, logos or anything other than text is not supported. Attachments will not be opened, links will not be followed.

A digital layout will be sent to you through email. Please reply within 24 hrs with your approval or changes. Listing includes one round of edits to initial layout, and may take 1 extra business day. For any changes to wording, please resubmit complete, final edited wording. If no approval/changes are received within 24 hrs, we will proceed with production based on layout already sent. 

We do not proofread, edit, remove/add spacing or delete instructions within wording. We only format the text to fit the design, using the font style and/or color you specify. Please send ALL customization instructions when the order is placed, separate from wording to be customized. 

Once layout is provided, cancellations or refunds are not offered. 

Production Process:

5 business days production schedule. Expected delivery date reflects shipping speed purchased. Rush production or overnight shipping are not available. A digital layout will be sent to you in email. Please reply within 24 hrs with your approval/changes. Listing includes one round of edits to initial layout, and will take 1 b. day to provide. If no approval/changes are received within 24 hrs, we will proceed with production based on layout sent.
