Customization:

• Wording: please send your own wording, that you can claim legal authorship over in the court of law. Please send complete and final wording to design@artfulbeginnings.com, or as a note to shop upon purchase. Please send wording in email as plain text that can be copied/pasted, not as a jpeg, pdf, Word or any other kind of attachment. Attachments will not be opened. For best fit, please use similar length wording as shown on sample. Please proofread before sending. We do not provide proofreading, we only format the text as submitted.
• Finials: as pictured in listing, or any color from included paint chart
• Ribbon: a color to coordinate with your custom colors - please inquire about available colors

Copyright:

• For our shop it IS AGAINST THE LAW to print copyright protected wording. Copyright ownership laws are complex and complicated. Our pricing does not include the extensive time needed to research wording sent. If Google Search finds the wording online, the order will be cancelled. "Anonymous" authorship, military, religious or folk source is no exemption, sorry. The custom printed scrolls we sell are strictly for personal messages only - so please do not purchase if you did not personally author every word of your submitted text.

Production time:

Production time is 5 business days for one scroll, longer for more. Rush is not available. Time needed for rounds of changes to wording and for shipping is additional. You will receive the layout in 1-3 business days in email. One round of edits is included. Each round of edits/changes to layout will take an additional b. day. Production will begin only once layout is approved. If no approval/changes are sent back after the layout is sent to the email you provided, we will start production 24 hours after we send the layout. There is no refund for scrolls when the layout was sent to the email you provided, but no acknowledgment was sent back.

You will be contacted through the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. Please make sure to check it, also check your Spam/Trash folder. Please make sure you can send/receive e-mail to/from design@artfulbeginnings.com and also artfulbeginnings@gmail.com.
